Slatwall Panels

All slatwall panels are made and shipped in standard sizes and are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered. Customers are responsible for confirming measurements before purchase.

Trim and Accessories

Trim and accessories may be returned within 10 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product.

Shipping and Cancellations

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production or shipping has started
